About usA Saudi company built to go further
VERTIQ is a Riyadh-based company bringing together two complementary divisions: general contracting & interior design, and digital transformation & AI.
Our story
Where construction meets technology
VERTIQ was founded on a simple belief: modern spaces and intelligent systems are no longer separate worlds. Today’s buildings need robust technology, and today’s organizations need spaces that reflect their ambition.
So we brought contracting and interior design together with digital transformation and AI under one brand — giving clients a single partner from the foundations to the last system running inside.
Our vision
To be the Kingdom’s partner of choice for building modern spaces and intelligent digital systems under one roof.
Our mission
To deliver contracting, design and technology projects with high quality and disciplined governance, creating real, lasting value for our clients.
Our values
What drives us
Quality
We don’t compromise on execution quality — on site or in systems.
Integrity
Transparency with clients on cost, schedule and reporting.
Commitment
We deliver on the scope, time and budget we commit to.
Innovation
We apply technology and AI to make every project more efficient.
